Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of transportautoleads.com (the "Site") and any purchase of auto transport leads from Transport Auto Leads ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase leads.

1. What We Sell

We sell inquiries ("leads") from people who have requested a quote to ship a vehicle. Leads are offered in one-time packages and in a weekly unlimited program, as described on our Pricing page. Lead volume, delivery timing, and availability depend on market demand and your selected targeting; we do not guarantee a specific number of leads per day or that any lead will convert into a booked shipment.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be a licensed auto transport broker or carrier, or an authorized representative of one, to purchase leads. You agree to provide accurate business and contact information when ordering and to keep it up to date.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices are listed on the Site in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. The unlimited program is billed upfront for the program term shown at checkout (currently four weeks). Your order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel any order, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Credit Policy. In short: you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are final and no refunds are issued.

5. Acceptable Use of Leads

When you purchase leads, you agree to:

• Contact leads only about the vehicle shipping quote they requested.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state telemarketing rules.
• Not resell, share, or transfer leads to any third party.
• Not use leads for any purpose unrelated to auto transport services.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Leads are provided "as is." We work to deliver accurate contact information, but we do not warrant that every lead will be reachable, that contact details are error-free, or that any lead will result in a sale. Your results depend on your sales process, pricing, and follow-up speed.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, its content, and the Transport Auto Leads name and logo are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse Site content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of leads is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
