Lead Quality

Know What You're Buying Before You Order.

How consumers submit requests

Consumers looking to ship a vehicle complete an online quote request form. Each submission includes a consent record tied to the disclosure shown at the time.

What information is collected

  • Name, phone number, and email
  • Pickup and delivery ZIP code and state
  • Vehicle year, make, and model
  • Requested shipping timeframe

What makes a lead eligible

A lead must include complete contact details, valid pickup and delivery locations, and a consent record. Leads are matched to your order only if they fall within your selected coverage.

How duplicates are handled

Incoming leads are checked against recent submissions. Duplicate requests are flagged and are not delivered to the same buyer twice.

How delivery works

Leads are delivered by email, to your CRM through a webhook, and in your client dashboard. Delivery is recorded only after it is confirmed successful.

An inquiry, not a booking

Each lead is a consumer request for a shipping quote — not a confirmed booking. We do not guarantee that a consumer will answer, accept a quote, or become a paying customer.

Lead quality disputes

If a lead appears invalid, you can submit a credit request from your dashboard with a reason. Requests are reviewed under our Refund and Credit Policy.
