Lead Purchase Agreement

Effective date: November 4, 2026

This Lead Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") applies to every order of auto transport leads placed with Transport Auto Leads ("we," "us," or "our") by the purchasing broker or carrier ("you"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and our Terms of Service.

1. Leads and Delivery

A "lead" is an inquiry from a person who requested a quote to ship a vehicle. Leads are delivered to the email address, CRM, or delivery method you provide at ordering or onboarding. Delivery begins after your order is reviewed and activated. Volume and pacing depend on your targeting and market availability; we do not guarantee a specific daily volume.

2. Exclusivity

Leads sold under packages or programs advertised as "exclusive" are sold to you only and are not resold to other buyers by us. Exclusivity does not mean the consumer contacted only you — consumers may request quotes from multiple sources on their own.

3. Payment

Packages are paid in full at checkout. The unlimited program is billed upfront for its full term (currently four weeks at the advertised weekly rate). All prices are in U.S. dollars.

4. Refunds

A full refund is available within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are final. See our Refund and Credit Policy for details, including how invalid leads are handled.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Use leads only to provide the vehicle shipping quote the consumer requested.
  • Comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and all other applicable marketing and consumer-protection laws.
  • Do not resell, share, or transfer leads to any third party.
  • Keep your delivery information (email, CRM credentials) accurate and current.

6. No Guarantee of Conversion

We do not guarantee that any lead will answer, be reachable, or convert into a booked shipment. Lead quality is addressed through the replacement and credit process in the Refund and Credit Policy, not through refunds after the 24-hour window.

7. Termination

We may suspend or stop delivery if you violate this Agreement, misuse leads, or initiate a chargeback. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the 24-hour window.
